Terms of Service

By accessing and using WorthWorks' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

WorthWorks provides AI automation and digital transformation services including:

• AI strategy consulting and implementation
• Process automation solutions
• Lead management and CRM integration
• Marketing automation and sales enhancement tools
• Custom software development and integration services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by WorthWorks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

WorthWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
